MEDICAL SCHOOL INTERVIEW TIPS
Remember the CanMEDs Competencies!
Your job as an interviewee is to convince the panel that you have what it takes to be a good doctor. How do you do that? The CanMeds traits offer an excellent framework which you can use to relay your experiences to the panel. When given any interview question, recall these traits, identify which of these aligns with your experience, and make sure that your description thoroughly illustrates that trait.
Don't memorize, practice!
Don't try to memorize answers to some questions you THINK the interviewers will ask you. Practice various questions through mock interviews and read your application thoroughly, then give the interview your best shot and remain confident!
