Evani Patel
President and Executive Director, MedX Canada
Evani is first year medical student and a graduate of University of Toronto who is striving to make the world a more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable place for all. She is passionate about health equity, fitness, and International Health. In her spare time, Evani loves to play soccer, teach Aquafitness, and devote every fibre of her being towards the Toronto Raptors.

Shveta Bhasker
Vice President, MedX Canada
Shveta is an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto Mississauga who is studying Psychology, Biology, and English. Her passion for medicine stems from her personal life experiences and the time she spent with geriatric patients while volunteering. One of the primary reasons why Shveta joined the MedX team was to help those in disadvantaged situations who might not have the resources or guidance to succeed. Shveta keeps well by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, spending time with her family, and seeking support when necessary.

Drishti Thakkar

Drishti is a fourth year undergraduate student at University of Toronto studying Nutritional Sciences. As an aspiring health professional and WHO ambassador, she is passionate about contributing to improve local and global health systems. Other than reading research papers and studying, Drishti spends her spare time writing on her blog and cooking delicious meals. She dreams of taking a solo world tour to taste the finest desserts across the world.
